Q：新生儿摄影的意义是什么？

A：新生儿阶段是宝宝生命历程中一个极其特殊的时期 – 胎儿期在母体外的延伸。既离开了母体，又还延续着在母体的生活习性 – 嗜睡、蜷缩、寻找被包裹和被支撑的安全感。神、形都跟胎儿无异。这种母体外胎儿状只有短短十几天。2个星期后宝宝就开始伸展、猛长，并变得越来越警醒。也就是说我们这一生只有10多天能肉眼看见自己的宝宝呈胎儿状。新生儿摄影的意义就是用写实和艺术相结合的手法将这种极其珍贵的状态定格，作为宝宝人生起点的见证；也是留给几代人的温暖回忆。
A: The newborn stage is an exceptionally special period in a baby’s life — an extension of the fetal stage outside the mother’s womb. Although the baby has left the womb, they still retain many in-utero habits: sleeping a lot, curling up, and seeking the security of being wrapped and supported. Their expressions and posture closely resemble that of a fetus.
This “fetal-like state” outside the womb lasts only a very short time — just over ten days. After about two weeks, babies begin to stretch out, grow rapidly, and become more alert. In other words, in our entire lifetime, we have only about ten days to visually witness our baby in this fetal-like form.
The significance of newborn photography is to capture this incredibly precious stage using a combination of realism and artistry — preserving the moment as a meaningful record of the baby’s beginning in life, and as a warm memory to be treasured by generations.

Q: What is the best age for newborn photography?
A: 宝宝出生后5~14天。趁他们仍然保持在母体的长时间睡眠习惯；如胎儿般蜷着；身体的柔韧性极佳；对声音、光线等外界干扰还不怎么敏感。拍摄会在宝宝睡梦中完成，此时的他们配合度极高哦。
A: The ideal time is when the baby is 5 to 14 days old. During this period, babies still maintain the long sleep cycles they had in the womb; they naturally curl up like a fetus; their bodies are extremely flexible; and they are less sensitive to external stimuli such as sound and light.
The session is carried out while the baby is asleep, and at this stage they are usually very cooperative.

Q：什么时候预约比较好？
Q: When should I make a booking?
A：怀孕3个月就可以开始预约。我们每个月档期有限，建议趁早预约。实际拍摄日期要等宝宝出生后再定。
A: You may start booking as early as the third month of pregnancy. As our schedule is limited each month, we recommend reserving your slot as early as possible. The actual shooting date will be confirmed only after the baby is born.

Q：如果我的宝宝比预产期早/晚出来怎么办？会不会就错过档期了？
Q: What if my baby arrives earlier or later than the due date? Will we miss the slot?
A：不会。宝宝十有八九都不按预产期出生，每月限量预定，我们会预留足够的弹性时间来配合，确保提前预约的客户能在理想时间内拍摄。只要有预定，就一定能够在最佳拍摄天数內完成拍摄。
A: No, you won’t. Most babies don’t arrive exactly on their due date. Because we limit our monthly bookings, we always keep enough flexibility in our schedule to accommodate early reservations. As long as you have booked in advance, we guarantee that your session will be arranged within the ideal window.

Q：一般要拍多长时间？
Q: How long does a newborn photoshoot usually take?
A：整个过程会持续2~4小时不等。以宝宝拍摄当天情况而定，如宝宝需要暂定喝奶，换尿片，或需要时间哄睡，拍摄时间将会因而受到变化。
A: The entire session typically lasts 2 to 4 hours, depending on how the baby is doing on the day. If the baby needs to pause for feeding, diaper changes, or extra time to settle into sleep, the session duration may vary accordingly.

Q：在哪儿拍摄？
Q: Where does the session take place?
A：您家里或月子中心都行。如是在月子中心，请预先得到月子中心的允许才下做预约。
A: The session can be done at your home or confinement centre. If it’s at a confinement centre, please make sure to obtain their permission before making the booking.

Q：万一宝宝不睡、不配合怎么办？
Q: What if my baby doesn’t sleep or doesn’t cooperate?
A：只有耐心安抚和等待。在他们不闹的情况下，有些造型醒着也可以拍。虽然我们有自己的一套安抚方法，但不是对所有宝宝都管用。每个宝宝的情况很难预测。这就是为什么我们一天只会计划拍一个宝宝，为各种不可预知的情况留时间。
A: The only approach is to patiently soothe and wait. As long as the baby isn’t fussy, some poses can still be done while they are awake. Although we have our own calming methods, they don’t work for every baby, and each baby reacts differently. This is why we schedule only one baby per day — to allow enough time for any unpredictable situations.

Q：有些造型看起来包裹得很紧，宝宝不会难受吗？
Q: Some poses look very tightly wrapped. Won’t the baby feel uncomfortable?
A：新生儿寻求的不是自由，而是安全感。包裹造型能给宝宝带来近似母体的包围和支撑感。而且我们用的包裹布都很柔软且弹性十足，不会伤着宝宝。如果宝宝感到难受，可以轻易挣开。
A: Newborns don’t seek “freedom” — they seek security. Wrapping provides a womb-like sense of containment and support. The wraps we use are soft and very stretchy, so they won’t hurt the baby at all. And if the baby feels uncomfortable, they can easily push themselves out of the wrap.

Q：那些看似很扭曲的造型不会伤着宝宝吗？
Q: Those poses that look twisted — won’t they hurt the baby?
A：新生儿来自母体 -一个异常狭小和紧凑的空间。人的身体一开始都是被“设计”成去适应那个空间的，只是出来之后才慢慢伸展开的。刚出生的宝宝个个都是顶尖的瑜伽高手，身体柔韧性极好。如果不舒服，他们会哭、会反抗。
A: Newborns come from the womb, a very tight and compact space. A baby’s body is originally “designed” to adapt to that environment, and only begins to stretch out gradually after birth. Newborns are naturally very flexible — practically little yoga masters. And if they ever feel uncomfortable, they will cry or resist.

Q：可以指定一些想要的造型吗？
Q: Can I request specific poses?
A：可以。但最终还得看宝宝的意愿。每个宝宝的习性和喜好不同。任何一个造型我们只会尝试性的引导，如果他们用肢体发出强烈的抵触信号我们就会放弃，希望家长能够接受。绝不能为了追求效果而不顾宝宝的感受强行摆弄。另外，请在45天之前给我知道你想要的造型， 以让我有足够的时间准备道具。
A: Yes, you may. However, the final decision still depends on your baby’s comfort. Every baby has different habits and preferences. We will only guide them gently into each pose; if they show strong resistance through their body language, we’ll stop. We hope parents can understand — we will never force a pose at the expense of the baby’s comfort.
Also, please let me know your preferred poses before the baby is 45 days old, so I have enough time to prepare the props.

Q：参与拍摄的家庭成员着装有什么建议？
Q: What should family members wear for the photoshoot?
A：简单素雅就好，不要喧宾夺主。建议黑/白/灰/咖啡等中性色。而且最好都穿同一个色系，不要有明显的商标/图案，避免视觉干扰和杂乱的感觉。
A: Keep it simple and elegant — nothing too overpowering. Neutral colors such as black, white, gray, or brown are recommended. Ideally, everyone should wear similar tones. Avoid large logos or busy patterns to prevent visual distractions or a cluttered look.

Q: I only found out about your service now, and my baby has already been born for a few days. Is it still possible to book a session?
A：很有可能。由于宝宝极少会按预产期出生，为了确保已付定金客户的档期以及出品质量，我们每个月都有限量预定。如果您宝宝已出生、事先没预约现在又想拍，可以马上联系我们是否有临时档期。
A: Most likely, yes. Since babies rarely arrive exactly on their due dates, we limit the number of bookings each month to ensure the schedule for clients who have paid deposits and to maintain the quality of our work. If your baby is already born and you didn’t book in advance but would now like a session, you can contact us immediately to check whether we have any available last-minute slots.
